The system provides an up to two 0845 numbers free of charge. The call rate is around 8p per minute so your customers wont mind calling it. The benefit to you is that they will be calling your virtual switchboard and this will provide a professional image with good useful prompting and message taking. It will divert calls to your chosen landline number should you set it up to.
